User Findings

Feedback was gathered from low fidelity wireframes to better understand whether or not the experience is intuitive and if there are areas that need further improvement. After gathering feedback, I was informed of the initial customization page to be overwhelming and that a simpler layout of information can help users visually. Effectively laying out the user's selection can help visually simplify what they have chosen and what else they can choose from. Based on the user feedback, a change in the layout of the customization options for users is needed to effectively see what options they have chosen and move the prescription from the user's account page to the checkout process.

Takeaway

In the second round of user feedback, This time, users recommend providing more button space and readability for users. Font and button sizes can both go up to make room for the physical interaction of the finger/thumb. Smoother interaction from the physical size of the user's hand can improve and make the user's experience stronger.
